We are an educational institution providing academic service to students in all grades who are pursuing higher education. In the past three years, we have successfully served thousands of students to accomplish admission from top universities and schools across North America. We also actively collaborate with other educational institutions, forming an open and active community allowing our fellows to share innovative ideas and carry out practical programs to better serve students. Our mission is to fulfill the dream of every student we serve. We value the skills and endeavor of all our volunteers and stuffs. We are looking forward to having you as our team member!
Volunteer Positions
All roles are remotely and part-time

Tasks:
- 负责文章的选材及编辑发布
- 负责原创视频的制作及构思
- 协助同事完成活动策划执行，以及自媒体账号文章、视频的排版、发布及维护工作
- 品牌建设，包括百度知道、知乎、B站、抖音、公众号、小红书等
Expectations:
- 有良好的写作能力，及灵活的写作思路
- 能熟练使用视频剪辑软件者优先
- 能够完成每周2-3次各自媒体账号文章、视频的排版、发布及维护工作
- 对百度知道、知乎、B站、抖音、公众号、小红书等有运营经验者优先
- 能够参与每周一次的团队Meeting
- 能够每周工作5-8小时且能持续工作4个月者优先
Social Media Coordinator
Tasks:
- Creates and manages social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
- Proposes new ideas and concepts for social media content
- Making and editing elements for visual media. Includes making posters from scratch, editing photos, and illustrations.
Expectations:
- Maintenance of a professional, friendly tone in outreach
- Good Communication
- Writing the body for posts, announcements, and promotional material in keeping with a hopeful and concerned narrative voice
- Experience in social media
- Ability to meet 1 time per week
- Ability to work approx. 5 hours a week (Preferred)
English Story Reader/Translator
Tasks:
- Read stories to elementary school students
- Ability to translate stories from Chinese to English
- Translate Chinese stories to English
Expectations:
- Good Communication
- Native English Speaker
- Fluent in Mandarin (Speaking and Reading)
- Ability to write/develop simple stories (Preferred)
- Ability to meet 1 time per week
- Ability to work approx. 5 hours a week (Preferred)
Video Editor
Tasks:
- Reviewing the script to ensure that the story is being told in the most effective way for the style of video they are editing
- Excellent editing skills with an eye for sophisticated animation using existing assets
- Use storytelling abilities and technical skills to create compelling video and animation content
Expectations:
- Good Communication
- Ability to meet 1 time per week
- Experience editing for YouTube and familiarity with Chinese platforms
- Ability to work with team
- Ability to work approx. 5 hours a week (Preferred)
Marketing Coordinator/Administration
Tasks:
- 协调并召开每周的小组会议以确保所有志愿者工作进度
- 构思及协调每周Social Media与自媒体投放内容
- 对空缺职位进行志愿者招聘及培训
- 参与对线上活动及故事播讲进行整体策划
Expectations:
- 良好的协调及沟通能力
- 良好的协调能力及人际关系维护能力
- 良好的中英双语沟通能力
- 能够参加并组织每周一次的团队Meeting
- 能够每周工作10小时且能持续工作4个月者优先
Illustrator
Tasks:
- Create characters, treatments, prototypes, and digital elements for story content
- Coordinate with story developers/translators to integrate digital elements into interactive pieces
Expectations:
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Ability to meet 1 time per week
- Ability to work approx. 5 hours a week (Preferred)
